The Porch on pilgrimage

The Porch was founded in 2023, born out of the challenges and isolation many women leaders faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing the unique pressures and demands on women in leadership roles, the vision for The Porch emerged: a dedicated, supportive space where women leaders could come together, share their experiences, and find rejuvenation in a community designed just for them. It became a sanctuary—a place to retreat, reflect, and recharge.

After an inspiring and transformative experience with the first cohort, JT and Jenna made the intentional decision to pause, allowing time for reflection. This pause was not just about taking a break, but about truly understanding what wanted to happen next, guided by the evolving desires and aspirations of the community.

Now, with great excitement and anticipation, we are thrilled to introduce the next chapter: The Porch on Pilgrimage. This new iteration represents more than just a continuation—it is a deepening of our commitment to the journey of growth, connection, and leadership for women. The Porch on Pilgrimage will offer even more opportunities for meaningful experiences, deeper reflections, and life-changing insights.

How did The Porch Come About?

The story begins with an actual front porch — where JT & Jenna began to host honest, vulnerable, and playful conversations.

They soon realized that other women were hungry for a space to bring their own messy lives and first-draft ideas.
